臭氧檢測儀使用前有哪些準(zhǔn)備工作

What is the preparation work before the use of ozone detector？

1.使用前的準(zhǔn)備。

本款臭氧濃度測試器用于室內(nèi)臺式安裝使用。

(1)按下把手兩端固定卡，使得把手旋轉(zhuǎn)至封面位置，便于讀數(shù)；

(2)根據(jù)連接工藝連接好氣路，必須有防回水措施；以防水回流到檢測儀，損毀設(shè)備； 

2.開關(guān)機

 (1)需要先開空氣或氧氣，使得檢測儀流量計處于0.5L/min左右；按下檢測儀開關(guān)，檢測儀即開始工作，等檢測儀第一次校零后（右上顯示）再開臭氧發(fā)生器。當(dāng)停止測試時，則需要先關(guān)臭氧發(fā)生器，再關(guān)氧氣，再關(guān)臭氧濃度測試器，用于把檢測儀內(nèi)臭氧吹凈；

(2)開機建議預(yù)熱5分鐘后校零一次后使用?？?4小時連續(xù)在線使用，使用時注意電源及環(huán)境情況的安全。

(3)使用中途過程中校零，必須有氣體通過，流量計有顯示，（無論通過的是空氣、氧氣還是臭氧）。

(4)檢測儀進氣管必須用聚四氟乙烯、316L不銹鋼或者耐臭氧腐蝕材料，否則管路氧化脫落污染檢測光池！ 

(5)本機帶有紫外LED光源監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)，偶爾會有零點偏離情況出現(xiàn)，可以忽略。系統(tǒng)會根據(jù)光源的亮度情況進行調(diào)配，在沒有臭氧的情況下如果出現(xiàn)零點偏離，可進行手動校零進行清除。

2. Switch the machine on and off

(1) It is necessary to open the air or oxygen first, so that the detector flowmeter is about 0.5L/min; Press the detector switch, the detector will start to work, and then turn on the ozone generator after the first zero calibration of the detector (shown on the upper right). When the test is stopped, it is necessary to turn off the ozone generator, then turn off the oxygen, and then turn off the ozone concentration tester, which is used to blow the ozone in the detector;

(2) It is recommended to preheat the machine for 5 minutes and then use it once. It can be used continuously online for 24 hours, and pay attention to the safety of power supply and environmental conditions when using.

(3) In the middle of the use of zero, there must be gas through, the flow meter has a display, (whether through air, oxygen or ozone).

(4) The detector inlet pipe must be made of polytetrafluoroethylene, 316L stainless steel or ozone-resistant corrosion materials, otherwise the pipeline oxidation falls off and pollutes the detection light pool!

(5) The machine is equipped with UV LED light source monitoring system, occasionally there will be zero deviation, can be ignored. The system will adjust according to the brightness of the light source, and if there is zero deviation in the absence of ozone, it can be manually calibrated to remove the zero.
